Thank you for shopping with us! All of our products are custom-made on demand, which means they are unique and produced only after you place an order. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or change your mind after purchase.
However, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to offer a free reprint or refund.

Conditions for Reprints or Refunds:

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

A clear photo showing the issue is required for review.

If multiple products are affected, please provide a photo showing all items in one frame.

Important Notes:

Refunds will be issued to your store account balance and can be transferred back to your original payment method. If your billing currency is not in USD, the refund will go directly to the original payment source.

We are not responsible for issues related to incorrect size or color selection by the customer.

For unsuccessful deliveries, we offer either a partial refund or a reprint with an additional charge.

For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed items, a placement tolerance of 0.5 inches is allowed, and minor variations will not be considered defects.
